Curry County Launches Mass Communication Software

Curry County is excited to announce the launch of Savvy Citizen, a mass communication platform to improve how the County shares timely and important information with residents.

Savvy Citizen allows Curry County to efficiently communicate with the public through push notifications, text messages, and email alerts, ensuring residents stay informed about community events, road closures, weather and public safety alerts, public meetings, and other important updates.

This service is free and easy to use. Sign up is also just as simple! Residents can download the app for free through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (Apple) and opt in to receive information from Curry County. Residents also have the option to sign up via www.savvycitizenapp.com/signup and select to have text notifications or e-mails sent to them.

“Savvy Citizen is a new way for residents to stay informed and engaged with Curry County. The app will provide important information right at our residents’ fingertips. This app represents the creative and collaborative work that Curry County has invested in strengthening how we communicate with our community.” said Curry County Commissioner Seth Martin.

Residents are encouraged to sign up today to ensure they don’t miss out on important notifications from Curry County!
