Curry County has previously issued an Invitation to Bid #2020/21-03 for Diesel and Unleaded Fuel for the Curry County Road Department. That Invitation to Bid has rescinded and canceled and Curry County is issuing this new Invitation to Bid.

On behalf of the Board of Curry County Commissioners and pursuant to and in compliance with the NM State Procurement Code, Curry County hereby invites competitive sealed bids for the purchasing of No. 2 Low Sulfur Undyed Diesel Fuel and Unleaded Fuel with an octane rating of 87 plus in Bulk for road use by the Curry County Road Department.

 IN THE WAKE OF THE COVID-19 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY AND TO MINIMIZE PUBLIC HEALTH RISK, BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH CURRY COUNTY’S PROCUREMENT PROVIDER, VENDOR REGISTRY.
