Curry County is accepting bids for the renovations to the existing elevator within the Curry County Courthouse located at 700 North Main Street, Clovis, NM consisting of replacing the elevator controller, power unit, car, hoistway, pit, door equipment, car fixtures, hall fixtures as well as other elevator components to provide a fully functional elevator.

Prospective bidders must attend a Pre-Bid Conference which will be held at the Curry County Courthouse 700 N. Main Street, Clovis NM, 88101 on May 11, 2023 at 2:00p.m. Mountain Time.

Bids must be received electronically by May 25, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Sealed bids will be publicly opened online via Google Meet. Bids must be submitted electronically through Curry County’s procurement provider, Vendor Registry. Sealed bids will be publicly opened online via Google Meet May 25, 2023 @ 2:00pm. Information for the virtual meeting is included in the ITB.
