Bid Lot A and D scope includes rehabilitation of existing parking lots which will include
construction of parking lot passageway, new concrete driveway pads, drainage valley gutters,
storm-water drainage pond, low ditches, 10’ wide rip rap, concrete curb islands, and PVC conduit
for future irrigation. Bid Lot C work includes removal and replacement of fencing, construction
of new fence, and installation of new gates. Bid Lots A and B will include/feature new site lighting
fixtures, poles, and luminaries. Proposed poles to include concrete bases, raceway, and conduit.
Conduit to be extended for future connections.

Bids must be submitted electronically through Curry County’s procurement provider, Vendor
Registry. Registration and access to all documents is free of charge. To register, please visit the
link: free vendor registration. Bids will be time-stamped in the Vendor Registry system when
bidder submits. The bidder will receive an email of the submission for their records. Such
electronic submission will be considered sealed bids in conformance with statute.

Pre-bid conference will be held remotely on Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. (local
time). Attendance is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.

2024 no later than 5:00 p.m. (local time).
