The Board of County Commissioners of Curry County, State of New Mexico (hereinafter referred to as “County”) is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified provider for Domestic Violence and DWI Intervention Counseling Services.

RFP DOCUMENTS

To be responsive, one (1) original and five (5) identical copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic version must be received no later than May 23, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time at the Curry County Administration Office, located at 417 Gidding Street, Suite 100, Clovis, NM 88101.

Proposals will be reviewed and ranked in private by an Evaluation Committee. It is possible that the Curry County Evaluation Committee will request an oral presentation. A recommendation will then be made to the Curry County Commission for award to the Offeror whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the County, based upon the specific evaluation criteria as outlined in the proposal.
