The Board of County Commissioners of Curry County, State of New Mexico (hereinafter referred
to as “County”) is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified Offerors for provision
of medical services, or mental health services for the Melrose Health Clinic, located at 121 North
Main Street, Melrose, NM 88124.

Proposal Documents

To be responsive, one (1) original and five (5) identical copies of the proposal and one (1) electronic version must be received no later than February 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time at the Curry County Administration Office, located at 417 Gidding Street, Suite 100, Clovis, NM 88101.
