The Curry County Board of Commissioners are requesting competitive sealed bids for the four (4) mile rehabilitation of Curry Road 7 from Curry Road N to US 70, to include processing, placing and compaction of the existing roadway section, base course, shoulder widening, double pen chip seal, reshaping the roadside ditches for drainage, culvert pipe replacement, traffic control and associated construction.  Written forms for ITB No. 2019/20-07 may be obtained in the following manner: from the website of the Engineer, Souder, Miller & Associates, at www.soudermiller.com at no cost.  It is Bidder's responsibility to periodically check the website for any project updates and possible addenda. 

 Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on April 21, 2020 at the Curry County Administration Office, 417 Gidding Street, Suite 100, Clovis, NM 88101, at which time and place, all bids will be opened publicly. 

 BID's must be submitted in a sealed envelope that is clearly marked: 

"ITB No. 2019/20-07 - Do Not Open" along with the Bidder's name and address.

Curry County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities and technicalities.
