INMATE/VISITOR RESPONSIBILITIES WHILE IN VISITATION

All personal visits will be conducted via video through gettingout.com

Any misconduct of the visitor or inmate will result in termination of the visit and possibly loss of future visitation
privileges.

INMATE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Inmates will be fully clothed in the detention uniform for the duration of the visit.
  • Inmates shall conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner at all times.
  • Visitation can be terminated at any time at the discretion of the supervisor on duty.

VISITOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visitors must create an account on gettingout.com
  • Visitors will wear appropriate clothing.
  • Screenshots, recordings, or photos of the visit session are strictly prohibited.
  • The visitor will conduct themselves in an orderly manner.
  • Visitors not complying with the visitation rules can be restricted from future visitation and cause the inmate to
    lose visitation privileges.

ATTORNEY VISITS

Attorneys wishing to visit a client will be required to produce proper identification and licensure and sign the visitor log
in the main lobby prior to the visitation. Attorneys will be allowed to visit clients, in person, at any time of the day or
night.

  • Inmates will not take any personal property to attorney visits with the exception of legal paperwork pertaining to
    their case.

Note: Attorneys are required to secure an appointment. Attorney visits will be non-contact visits unless special
arrangements are made by the visiting Attorney.

CLERGY VISITS

Clergy wishing to visit an inmate will be required to produce proper identification and sign the visitor log in the main
lobby prior to the visitation. Clergy will be allowed to visit inmates at any time of the day or night. Clergy visits are
limited to fifteen minutes.
