Fire Chief: Cody Moberly

The Field Volunteer Fire Department was formally established on April 29, 1974 by Curry County Resolution 74-4. The Field fire district covers approximately 204 square miles of mostly rangeland in northwestern Curry County. The department operates four fire apparatus out of one main fire station with a staff of eleven volunteers.
