The Ranchvale Volunteer Fire Department was created on May 15, 2018 by Curry County Resolution 2018-29. The Ranchvale fire district is located in central Curry County and covers an area of approximately 195 square miles. The department operates four fire apparatus with a staff of eleven volunteers out of one main fire station.
