Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) Plan: Curry County contributes 21.16% and employees contribute 6.29% each pay period. Curry County contributes 24.45% and employees contribute 12.55% for the certified law enforcement plan.
Voluntary 457(b) deferred compensation plan also available.
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability insurance offered. Curry County pays 80% of medical premiums for the employee and their dependents.
Curry County provides a $50,000 life insurance policy for all employees. Dependent and Spouse Life insurance benefits available.
$25,000 line of duty policy for Detention and Sheriff's Office employees.
12.5 paid holidays per year.
8 hours of personal leave per year.
80 hours of paid vacation leave per year.
