Voters can also register or update their registration information at the site above, or, in the following ways:
- Visit the Curry County Clerk's Office Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm;
- Request a voter registration application be mailed to you by calling, emailing, or sending a letter to the Clerk's Office;
- Through other NM County Clerk's Offices, Third-Party Voter Registration Agents, or, at the MVD, HSD, libraries, colleges, and voter registration drives.

Sample Ballots may be obtained in the Clerk's Office, at early and election day polling places, or viewed online at nmvote.org. When viewing online at the link provided, select "Find my Registration & Election Information". You will enter your name, year of birth, and select Curry County. On the left side, you will see "My Sample Ballot".
Absentee Voting (Vote by Mail) begins Tuesday, October 7, 2025 (First day ballots can be mailed)
In order to receive an absentee ballot, a voter must submit an Absentee Ballot Application for each election, unless the voter is on the voluntary permanent absentee list. Applications may be obtained at the Curry County Clerk's Office, mailed to voters by request by calling (575)763-5591, or submitted online at nmvote.org. The deadline to submit an Absentee Application is Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Complete Absentee Voting Materials MUST be returned in the proper envelope to the Clerk's Office by 7:00pm on Election Day, November 4, 2025.

8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. Closed Monday, October 13.
Closed Saturdays and Sundays, except for Saturday, November 1, from 10:00am - 6:00pm.

Saturday, October 18 - Saturday, November 1
10:00am - 6:00pm, Tuesday - Saturday. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
Election Day is November 4, 2025 - Polls Open 7:00am - 7:00pm

The Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) allows qualified service members and overseas citizens to simultaneously register to vote and request absentee ballots for all elections held through the next regularly scheduled general election. The FPCA can be submitted by mail, fax, or via email to curryelections@currycountynm.gov.
